How do I deal with Stress?
Working on my essay has always been a challenging and unenjoyable task for me. I constantly procrastinated and found it difficult to make any progress. Weeks and months slipped by with little to show for my efforts. However, today I made a decisive choice to face the task head-on and get to work. I reminded myself, "No more scraping the bottom of the barrel, there are no more excuses and nothing to fear. Just tackle the task daily." I notice that I feel significantly better on days when I actively work on my essay. Procrastinating on important and necessary tasks only increases anxiety and stress, providing no benefits. Throughout my journey, I've learned that commitment is more precious than just achieving success. When I focus on commitment, my efforts feel truly meaningful. Dwelling on results and victories only drains my confidence and makes my dreams seem distant and unreachable.
