I've already said that I'm not a romance book type of girl, I can't tolerate people being jealous, protective and stupid and I sure as hell can't take it when they fall in love with eachother for no good reason.

but I needed something light so I decided to go with this well praised novel! I'll admit, the author did try to make characters rational and less filled with jealousy and there were some moments that were genuinely cute and heartwarming but I wasn't a fan of the writing and the plot wasn't honestly that engaging.

I didn't have high expectations so I'm not by any means disappointed. It served as what I needed it to be, which was just a light read!
