        I wanted to read some self-help books in 2023. Idk why, but I've got no reason to say one particular book is totally bad. Not a great one, and of course NOT full of lies. Do I recommend it? Well, it added no specific idea or knowledge to me. This is not science and what is NOT science does no particular good. I was on a train and I had to read something.
