4.5 This was the book that I had the least memories of during this reread of the series and therefore I was really surprised at some parts of the story and it doubled the pleasure of reading a Harry Potter book. I, like so many other potterheads, was always in for the cozy and fluffy feeling that Hogwarts has, but I still immensely enjoyed the dark theme and everything-is-now-serious feeling of this book. We got some awesome back stories and character developments, and some huge confusing plot points were finally resolved, and reading them now, after nearly 7 years of finishing the series for the first time and already knowing how everything is going to end and what everything means, I saw some interesting hints of the future plot points that J.K Rowling gave in this book which was so fucking fascinating! However, I think something that J.K Rowling can't write that good about, is love and relationship, specifically the kinds that were in this book which felt a bit rushed and out of the blue (of course with the exception of Ron and Hermione).
