        یه کتاب کوچولو بود؛ درمورد اهمیت دادن به زمین و توصیه‌هایی کوچیک و بزرگ درمورد زندگی روزمره‌مون در همین راستا.

"Adverts are designed to stimulate your dissatisfaction. They're designed make you feel that what you need is what they're selling. You don't have to believe the hype.
Individually we need to think about what 'enough' means for us and try living this. This doesn't mean we have to go back to living in the Stone Age. It could mean we stop turning into all those sales pitches that try to convince us that inadequate we are without the latest products."
