First of all, I want to mention something, this is my first review in English, though it’s not the first book that I've read in English. My first judgments: The book title seemed childish to me initially. It was apparent to me; happiness is not a life purpose, though we all want to be happy in the end. Here some controversial thoughts came to my mind; it depends what we define happiness and the slight differences and common mistakes between distinguishing happiness from peace and pleasure. Why I decided to read this book: There was a phase in my life where I knew I didn’t have severe depression or anxiety, but I wasn’t happy much. About the book: I didn’t try books' methods precisely, and I haven’t made my own happiness resolutions yet. However, Probably most of the information offered by the book wasn’t new for me, but I enjoyed the book generally. I liked the vision it gave me without my continuous consideration. Also, I had gratitude for being lucky enough to know many practical methods already and have done them.
