        I'm not rating this book, because I didn't read it in a way that I usually read books. I didn't hate or enjoy, rather experienced it. 
I believe it's an amazing experience to have a full inside view to such person's mind. I understand when it comes to millions of lives lost, it becomes a sensitive subject. I see how people directly involved in the matter can resent everything about this book and it's doctrine. However, I don't think a full censorship is a good approach. People need to read this and judge for themselves.
