The plot was a bit predictable in this one though it was perfectly written in a mysterious way
The book starts with Mare's imprisonment and goes on with exciting events which lead to her freedom.
The battle at the end of the book was the most thrilling so far and enjoyed reading it immensely
plus reading through Evangeline's perspective was fun, it was surprising to know who she truly was.
